Description of Services The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services required to perform comprehensive railroad track safety inspections and subsequent repairs for the Federal Logistics & Transportation Command (FLTC) rail network at Camp Atterbury, Indiana.
