Background: Location: OPM Macon, GA Office – 4865 Log Cabin Drive, Macon, GA 31204 The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to provide computer room air conditioning (CRAC) and HVAC services. The information received will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business set-aside is appropriate. The U.S. (OPM) is seeking qualified contractors to provide both preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on computer room air conditioning (CRAC) and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services for the OPM Macon office. Specifically, OPM is interested in sources that can provide services on all the equipment shown in the inventory table above. The anticipated contract will include preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and parts replacement when required. Past Performance o Minimum two (2) similar projects completed within the last five (5) years o For each project include: client name, contract value, description of work,
