However, please note that all products used must be safe, suitable for their intended application, and fully compliant with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations. 2. Will contractors and crew members be required to pass a

background check or obtain a VA access badge? YES PER SOW: 2. The Contractor s employees shall wear their VA PIV Card at all times while on the premises of the VAMC. 3. Can contractor store equipment on site? PER SOW 7. Storage space is NOT provided at OGJVAMC for lawn care equipment and supplies. 4. Is there a building space for contractor to use? NO 5. Is water and electricity available? There is a standard garden hose bib and 120V outlets in the Boiler Plant Garage that can be used 6. Rest Rooms available? Contractor can use Boiler Plant Restroom while working onsite 7. Is the retention pond area included in section II.a.i?  Yes, retention pond gravel shall be chemically treated for vegetation. (2200 sq. ft.) 8. Is the gravel landscaping beds West of Building 5 included in section II.a.i? Yes, gravel shall be chemically treated for vegetation. (800 sq. ft.)
