Remove the following sentence from Section 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services: "The Government will proceed to award the contract to the contractor who provides the best value". Update the price analysis reference in Section 52.212-2 by replacing "FAR Part 13.106-3(a)" with "FAR Part 12.204." Revise PWS Section 5.2a (Pass and Identification Items) to reflect updated security protocols. For contracts under six months, unescorted base access shall be obtained via a Commander's Letter instead of DBIDS credentials. All other terms and conditions of the document remain unchanged.
