Requirements (SABER) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The SABER
requirements are for a broad range of maintenance, repair, minor and new construction work on real property on JBLE. This acquisition is a competitive procurement pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Administration (SBA) Act (15 U.S.C. 637(a) (1)), and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.108. There are no geographical limitations based on the temporary moratorium imposed by the SBA on the requirement of 13.C.F.R 124.501(k), which states, that a Program Participant must have a bona fide place of business within the applicable geographic location determined by the SBA. This requirement will result in the award of two firm-fixed price Multiple Award IDIQs with on/off-ramp provisions.
