The Department of Veterans Affairs, Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System (SLVHCS) has a need for community-based residential treatment and case management to include supportive housing for twenty-five (25) veterans with substance use disorders in New Orleans, La catchment area. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform residential treatment and case management for Veterans participating in the SLVHCS Substance Use Disorder Program (SUD).
