questions, see below: 1. What is the required Elevated Fork Height for each truck model? In other words, to what elevated height from the floor are these trucks required to lift? Answer: CLIN 0001 and 0002 - Lift Hight Minimum 13’. CLIN 0003 and CLIN 0004 require a 3-Stage high visibility mast. Any standard 3-Stage mast will meet the lift height requirement. 2. Will the Government accept industry-standard OEM downrating at the specified elevated fork height? or is the Government requiring full 4,000 lb capacity at the full elevated height? For example, a 4,000lb. capacity at ground level will likely downrate to 3,000lbs. at 180” elevated fork height Answer: Industry Standard 4k 3. Is this contract FOB origin? If not, would need destination addresses to provide firm fixed-price delivery amounts for each individual truck. Answer: The contract is FOB Destination; the delivery location could be any DLA Disposition Services operating location in the Continental United States (CONUS). The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Forklifts will be ordered on funded task orders, which will state the specific delivery location. DLA Disposition Services 4K Electric Forklifts This is a combined for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. The required equipment is per the attached specifications, including its delivery timeframes. The procurement is under NAICS 333924 with a size standard of 900 employees. The requirement is a small business set-aside. Quotes are to be received no later than 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard U.S. Time on the above specified date, via email only to the designated

Contracting Officer. See Attachment for the Price Schedule and Specifications/Additional Terms. All contractor performance shall be in a safe manner, and in compliance with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all installation policies. Any/all required documentation and service-related

requirements including installation access are the responsibility of the contractor, with coordination as necessary with the site POC. Notes: 1.
