Description

This project is required to safely decommission and remove two (2) obsolete Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units from a data center facility. The removal of this equipment necessitates the architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural restoration of the floor, wall, and ceiling systems to return the space to a safe, clean, and fully operational condition. This work ensures the continued integrity, safety, and professional appearance of a critical mission support facility at Tinker AFB. IAW FAR 52.232-18 and AFFARS MP 5332.7 - Availability of Funds: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the

Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the

Contracting Officer.
