ALL ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED AND INSTALLED AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATION: Erie VA Medical Center 135 East 38th Street Erie, PA 16504 ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE.
