The 28th Contracting Squadron, at Ellsworth AFB, SD, is conducting market research to identify any authorized distributors and resellers of Aerostar OTS Dry Undersuits, part number 601GBR006. SUBMISSION

REQUIREMENTS: Interested parties who believe they are capable of meeting this requirement are invited to submit a capability statement. The statement must include, at a minimum: Company Information: Company name, address, UEI, CAGE code, and

point of contact (including name, title, phone, and email). Business Size & Socio-Economic Status: Please identify your business size (Large, Small, etc.) and any socio-economic categories (e.g., 8(a), Woman-Owned Small Business, HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business) under NAICS code 315990. Capability Narrative: If you are an authorized distributor/reseller of the product: Provide evidence of your authorized distributorship. State your company's capability to deliver this product and provide any relevant past performance information for similar deliveries to the U.S. Government.
