requirements in specification. This requirement is for Full and Open Competition. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This Procurement will be conducted under PSC CODE: Y1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All
