The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 08- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing for Boiler Inspection, Cleaning, and Maintenance at a firm fixed price for a Base plus Four One-Year Options for the following location: Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd. Bay Pines, FL 33744. See attached Draft Statement of Work Interested parties should provide the following information: 1. Company name, address,

point of contact email address and phone number. 2. UEI number and CAGE code. 3. Business size status under the applicable NAICS code. 4. Existing government Contract Number/ Contract for this scope and expiration date. 5. What percentage of the total contract value will be subcontracted?
