This is an RFP for the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) FARM III contract. This requirement is being solicited as full and open competition, utilizing Highest Technically Rated Offeror (HTRO) method for evaluation. The FARM III effort is a competitive, multiple-award, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The scope of these projects includes design-build, construction, and two-phase design-build projects for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, data, and control systems, and utilities. These projects will support plant and infrastructure sustainment, restoration, and modernization for military ground testing facilities at AEDC and its Geographically Separated Units (GSUs) as detailed in the Statement of Work.
