This is a COMBINED for commercial supplies with services, prepared in accordance with the information in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (hereinafter “RFO”) FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The purpose of the proposed contract requirement is to procure one (1) high power 657nm laser system and one digital laser locking device on behalf of the United States Naval Observatory, Washington DC, for which the Government intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the quoter that is most advantageous to the Government. This requirement shall be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside.
