This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only; it is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government is seeking to identify potential small business sources capable of performing the services described below. This notice does not commit the Government to a contract award, nor will it pay for any information submitted. Responses will be used to inform the final acquisition strategy. Requirement Overview The 633 Contracting Squadron (CONS), Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) Langley is seeking potential interest and industry input from eligible small businesses capable of performing: Title I (Design Services) Title II (Construction Support Services) Services include developing documentation for conceptual solutions, design criteria, environmental assessments, economic analyses, detailed cost estimates, construction drawings, specifications, and other documents necessary to execute maintenance, repair, and construction projects. Area of Work: Joint Base Langley-Eustis with separate geographic locations to include: Fort Eustis, VA Langley Air Force Base, VA Virginia Beach, VA (203 Red Horse Squadron) Sandston, VA (200 Weather Squadron) Anticipated Contract Structure The 633 CONS anticipates awarding Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed price (FFP) contracts across multiple NAICS codes. Specifically, for Architectural Services under NAICS code 541310 (with a size standard of $12.5M), the Government plans to award three IDIQ FFP contracts, each featuring an ordering period of a 5-year base and three 1-year options.
