Description

This is a combined for commercial construction prepared in accordance with RFO FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W911QY-26-R-MONU is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a new monument sign at Natick Soldiers Systems Center. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable NAICs and PSC codes are 238190 and Y1QA respectively. The size standard for NAICs code 238190 is $19 million. Line Items, Quantities, and Units of Measure: Line Item 0001: The contractor shall remove the existing sign, build, furnish, install, and warranty one (1) new monument sign in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Description of Requirement: The contractor and/or Sub-Contractor shall build, deliver, install, and warranty a new sign at Natick Soldiers Systems Center. The contractor shall also build and install the concrete platform that the sign will be placed on. The contractor shall be responsible for complying with all Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) standards and guidelines, particularly UFC 3-120-01. This work will include all landscaping, utility revisions (hooking up power lines), and clean-up of the associated project. All salient characteristics and technical specifications will be provided in the statement of work (SOW) and in the UFC. If a variation to the UFC is recommended, the contractor shall explain/justify why modification is required, so the user will decide whether to concur or not. Dates and Deliveries: F.O.B Point is destination, any deliveries are to be made to 10 General Green Ave, Natick, MA 01760. ATTN: Rigoberto Leon. Inspection and Acceptance to be conducted via the United States Army Garrison – Natick. The

period of performance for this acquisition will be 120 working days from the date of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
