Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy, a Major Subordinate Command of DLA, is the contracting activity for bulk petroleum products and services for the Department of War (DoW). This Justification & Approval (J&A) is for the award of a bridge action by contract modification on contract SPE600-16-C-5019 for fuel storage and management services at Laughlin AFB, TX. The contract provides for all DLA Energy contracted bulk fuel, operations, and management services on the installation. This includes providing the necessary personnel and resources to ensure the safe, accurate, and timely receipt, storage, transfer, and issue of all Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF)-owned petroleum and cryogenic products.
