Solicitation Notice: Enterprise Skills Assessment Platform The Contractor shall provide the platform, including all necessary licenses, technical support, and reporting to meet the performance standards outlined herein. Period of Performance (PoP): The PoP shall be for one Base Year of 12 months This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 RFO. This requirement will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business.
