This is a Sources Sough Notice only. This is not a request for proposal (RFP), request for quotation (RFQ), or an invitation for bids (IFB) and does not constitute a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The 10th Contracting Squadron at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) is conducting market research to identify capable sources to provide a Supercontinuum Laser Source. This equipment will support the USAFA Physics Department and the Laser and Optics Research Center (LORC), enabling cadets majoring or minoring in Physics to conduct wavelength-agile modulation phenomenology research. 2. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS / MINIMUM

REQUIREMENTS At a minimum, the interested Vendor must demonstrate their capability of supplying a Supercontinuum Laser Source that meets or exceeds the following salient characteristics/specifications: Total Average Output Power: ≥ 30 W Wavelength Spectral Range: 400 - 2400 nm Average Spectral Power Density: > 16 mW/nm (across the full Spectral Range) Repetition Rate: ≥ 1 MHz Average Power Stability: < 0.5 % RMS (Standard Deviation) Output Isolation: Included Control: Computer Control Interface Warranty Delivery: Shipping must be included to the USAF Academy, CO 80840. 3. CAPABILITY STATEMENT SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS Interested parties that possess the capabilities to meet the above

requirements are invited to submit a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement must include the following information: Company Profile: Company Name Address
