Work also includes mobilization, site preparation, and all incidental work required to provide a complete and operational water system. The

period of performance is 70 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. ACQUISITION INFORMATION This acquisition is proceeding as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with FAR Part 14. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid is responsive and offers the lowest price. This acquisition is unrestricted. A bid guarantee, performance bond, and payment bond are required.
