The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to remove all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) pertaining to the Lodi, NJ009 location: Alexander Hamilton USARC, 76 Route 17 at Essex Street, Lodi, NJ 07644 (NJ009). Specifically, the following CLINs will be removed from this solicitation: 0004, 0005, 0006, 1004, 1005, 1006, 2004, 2005, 2006, 3004, 3005, 3006, 4004, 4005 and 4006. PLEASE NOTE: Only submit your quote for the following CLINs: 0001, 0002, 0003, 1001, 1002, 1003, 2001, 2002, 2003, 3001, 3002, 3003, 4001, 4002, and 4003. In addition, the due date for quotes will be extended to
10 APRIL 2026 no later than 2:00pm. The due date to request a site-visit will be extended to
31 MARCH 2026 no later than 10:00am. Site-visits will be held on the following dates:
18 MARCH 2026 between 10:00am and 12:00pm (EST);
19 MARCH 2026 between 10:00am and 12:00pm (EST); and
