Reports shall include credit history, bankruptcies, judgements, and liens under the authority of Federal Statute 31 U.S.C. 3711(h) to provide information on Commission debtors and those defendants/respondents negotiating settlements/waivers/partial waivers. Credit reports shall be accessible over the internet using appropriate access control security features, such as password, etc., and not require a software download to computers.
