The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on June 23, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at U.S. Embassy, Gate # ‘C’, Chandragupta Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021, India. If the file size exceeds 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each. No quotations shall be accepted received after 5 p.m. (India Time) of July 2, 2026. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Quotation submitted to any other e-mail than [email protected] shall be rejected and dealt in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: 1. Section B, Prices/Costs 2. Section K Representations, Certifications and Other Statements of Offerors or Quoters 3. Additional information as required in Section L 4. Proof of SAM Registration Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer. If the Contractor was unable to register prior to award, the contractor shall be registered in SAM within 30 days after award or before three days prior to submission of the first invoice, whichever occurs first.
