The Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), Indian Health Service (IHS), is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) notice for informational and planning purposes only. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation, obligation, or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research to determine if

requirements can be met through a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. Purpose: The purpose of this notice is to identify qualified sources and their size s/socioeconomic status. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. It is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations.

Requirements: NAICS Code: 621399 NAICS Description: Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners (Similar NAICS code will be considered. Interested vendors proposing an alternate NAICS code shall submit a detailed explanation demonstrating how the proposed NAICS code aligns with and more accurately represents the principal purpose of this requirement). The anticipated requirement is for Non-Personal Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (Computed Tomography) services in support of the Radiology Department at Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) Zuni, New Mexico. The Contractor shall provide qualified Diagnostic Radiologic Technologists capable of performing CT and general radiographic examinations for outpatient, inpatient, emergency department, and urgent care patients. Services include routine and emergency imaging, administration of oral and IV contrast when appropriate, patient positioning, image acquisition, operation of Government-furnished imaging equipment, and timely completion of required documentation in the Electronic Health Records (EHR). Contractor personnel shall possess, at a minimum: Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography ARRT-R. Current ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (ARRT- CT). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience performing CT examinations on multi-slice CT scanners. Experience with Philips CT Scanners, RAMSOFT PACS, RPMS/EHR, and CT contrast injection systems Contractor personnel shall comply with all applicable IHS policies, Joint Commission standards, CMS
