Basis for Award The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the responsible offeror who submits the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. Technical Acceptability (Pass/Fail): Your quote must include technical documentation proving your proposed forklift meets all minimum salient characteristics in Attachment 1. Trade Agreements Compliance (Pass/Fail): This requirement is subject to the Trade Agreements Act.
