The Department of Justice is procuring training and technical assistance services for the victim services field through the Victim Services Training and Technical Assistance (VSTTA) program. The contractor will be responsible for delivering timely, expert, coordinated, and data-driven responses to enhance the services provided to crime victims. Key requirements include extensive knowledge and experience in the field, as well as an understanding of OVC priorities and collective TTA efforts.
The mission of the (OVC) is to enhance the Nation’s capacity to assist crime victims and to provide leadership in changing attitudes, policies, and practices to promote justice and healing for all victims of crime. Through training and technical assistance (TTA), OVC works to enhance the field’s services to victims by providing timely, expert, coordinated, and data-driven responses. OVC seeks a Contractor with extensive knowledge, experience, and specialized abilities to deliver TTA to the victim services field through the OVC-VSTTA program described in this Statement of Work (SOW). To achieve this, the Contractor shall successfully perform the tasks described in this SOW and demonstrate an understanding of OVC priorities, the needs of the field, and OVC’s collective TTA efforts.
