The virtual presolicitation conference is open to all interested parties. The purpose of the conference is to provide an overview of NPSC-SR II

requirements and the draft request for proposal (DRFP) to improve understanding and increase efficiency in proposal preparation. The overview will be followed by a question and answer session. Individuals interested in attending the virtual presolicitation conference are requested to contact the

The purpose of these one-on-one meetings is to provide an opportunity for potential prime offerors to elaborate on comments submitted in response to the NPSC-SR II DRFP. Meeting durations will be approximately 1 hour. 5/21/2026 - Update The purpose of this notice is to post the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for the NASA Protective Services Contract - South Region (NPSC-SR) II. Potential Offerors are requested to review and comment on the DRFP. Refer to the memorandum to potential Offerors within the portfolio, “Draft RFP 80KSC026R0016 Notice to Potential Offerors” for more information. Additionally, the type of set-aside has been revised from a competitive 8(a) to a total small business set-aside, and the anticipated contract length has been increased from five years to six years, six months.
