This is a Sources Sought Notice / RFI only. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice / RFI is to gain information about potential qualified sources and their size relative to NAICS 339112 (size standard of 1,000 Employees). Responses to this Sources Sought Notice / RFI will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Must be made of surgical grade material. Must come with instruments such as vascular clamps, forceps, needles holders, dissecting scissors, gum scissors, vascular scissors, scalpel handles, retractors, suction tube handles, dissectors, and nerve vessel hooks. Must come with sterilization container system with full size containers and full size aluminum lids made for transporting instruments prior to, during, and after sterilization. Containers size must be a minimum of 23L x 10W x 5H for sufficiently storing instruments. The combination of all instruments must complete 8 large vascular surgical trays. All equipment and materials must be able to be reused. The list of large vascular surgical tray characteristics is intended to be descriptive, not restrictive, of the supplies/services that are required.
