Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain a contractor who shall furnish all food, personnel, management, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation, and other items or services (except as stated herein) necessary to provide full food service for Training Center Cape May. The applicable North American Industry Standard Code is 722310. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. These services are being solicited under RFP Number 70Z08426RDL950004. This procurement is subject to the Randolph-Sheppard Act (RS-Act), 20 U.S.C. §107, Operation of Vending Facilities and 34 CFR §395.33, Operation of Cafeterias by Blind Vendors, which establishes a priority for blind persons recognized and represented by the State Licensing Agency (SLA), in the award of contracts for the operation of cafeterias on federal facilities.
