scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:¿ Removal and proper disposal of the existing sump pump and eductor system, associated piping, electrical components, anchors, and deteriorated sole plate¿ Furnishing and installing a complete replacement system consisting of: o Three industrial-grade sump pumps (two installed, one onsite spare)o Associated pump motorso One complete venturi eductor assemblyo New stainless steel piping, valves, fittings, and supportso New 316 stainless steel sole plateo Level sensors, high-water alarms, and control deviceso Electrical and control integration with existing powerplant systems¿ Providing continuous temporary dewatering during removal and installation activities¿ Performing mechanical and electrical testing, commissioning, and operator training¿ Delivering all required submittals, documentation, as-built drawings, and warrantiesThe replacement system must meet defined performance

requirements, including a minimum capacity of 240 GPM at 14 feet of total dynamic head, provision for redundant lead/lag operation, and full integration with existing control and alarm systems Safety and Site ConditionsAll work is subject to OSHA regulations and facility safety
