The 156th Wing, at the Muniz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, Puerto Rico intends to issue a Request for Quotes conducted under the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures for commercial services to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all supervision, transportation, labor, materials, equipment, fuel and any other needed materials and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished items, to perform Fiber Optic relocation to existing infrastructure to a new facility within the base, with a completion date of no later than 60 calendar days from delivery of contract. at 156th Wing Muñiz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, Puerto Rico. Awarded contractor shall install, terminate, and test new primary and physically diverse redundant single-mode fiber optic cables between designated base facilities. As of the date of this solicitation, Federal Acquisition Regulation FAC Number 2025-05 has not issued any amendments to FAR clause52.222-55.
