The 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the removal and installation of HVAC components at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii. Project Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to remove approximately twenty-six (26) broken Variable Air Volume (VAV) controllers and twenty-six (26) thermostats. The contractor shall then install twenty-six (26) new, customer-provided VAV controllers and thermostats. The
scope of work includes: Removal and proper disposal of old components. Installation of new Carrier-compatible components. Ancillary work such as removing/replacing ceiling tiles and wiring. Coordination with the on-site government representative to ensure a fully operational system.
