The Department of Veterans Affairs Pacific Islands Health Care System (VAPIHCS) intends to solicit offers for Contracted Residential Services (CRS) Emergency Housing on Oahu, Hawaii in support of the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program. The purpose of this contract is to provide transitional housing, meals, and case management services to homeless Veterans and/or their families in a community-based residential facility located on Oahu, Hawaii. Services will include 5 beds for male and/or female Veterans, 24/7 staffing, three nutritious meals and at least one snack daily, laundry facilities, transportation, and individualized case management support focused on achieving permanent housing placement.
