The Government intends to make a sole source service contract with Curriculum Associates, LLC, a for‑profit educational services company, to purchase the organization’s annual subscription and related services. Curriculum Associates, LLC develops and maintains research‑based educational assessments and instructional programs designed to support student learning and educator decision‑making. The company provides curriculum‑aligned tools, diagnostic assessments, and instructional resources used by schools and school systems to improve academic outcomes. These products support data‑driven instruction and help educators identify student strengths and address learning gaps. DoWEA requires continued access to Curriculum Associates’ products and services in order to maintain instructional planning, assessment, and targeted intervention for students across its schools. Maintaining this subscription supports DowEA’s mission to provide high‑quality education and consistent instructional resources for students served by the Department of War.
