7 May 2026 An amendment to the solicitation has been issued. This amendment removes FAR clause 52.219-33 "Nonmanufacturer Rule", in compliance with FAR 19.505(a)(2), and SBA regulation 13 CFR 121.406(c). The SF30, fully updated SF1449, and an updated combined/synopsis document have been posted in the attachment section of this post. No other changes have been made to this solicitation. Offerors are required to acknowledge this amendment by providing a signed copy of the SF30 when submitting quotes. Two new documents have been added in the attachment section. Drawings of the existing system equipment, and a photo of the current system's nameplate. These documents have been added to help provide additional information for interested offerors.
