Chapel Activity Center Interior Refresh at Vance Air Force Base

#1: Site Visit: Scheduled May 18, 2026, @ 1PM CST. at 400 Young Rd, Bld 200, Rm 114, Enid, OK 73705. You will report first to the Vance Visitor Center F72 to be sponsered on. This is a combined Full and Open for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 and FAR 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ASRC Federal Gulf State Constructors on behalf of the Government, Vance AFB, intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) requirement for the interior refresh of Facility 528, Chapel Activity Center (CAC), in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for Project FP1019545. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform the work as detailed in the SOW. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award is contingent upon the availability of funds. AFGSC and/or the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. AFGSC and the Government have no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Work Hours/Access Restrictions: Work shall be conducted during normal approved hours unless coordinated otherwise with ASRC Construction Management. Anything outside that requires prior approval. pricing, terms and proposal conditions remain valid through September 30, 2026 due to anticipated funding schedule. Proposals not honoring this acceptance period may be deemed non-responsive.
