As an element of a celebration of VHP’s 25th Anniversary, the Library will post a three-minute trailer on the Library’s webpage (www.loc.gov) and other Library of Congress web properties. To align with the
objectives for the 25th anniversary event, the video, trailer and “sizzle reels” must adhere to the perspective of VHP’s history over the past 25 years, as well as the Library Communications Office’s standards. The Library of Congress is a non-partisan agency and the video must reflect this perspective. The contractor shall produce a video documentary and trailer using Library of Congress Veterans History Project collections as well as original footage including interviews of key past and present staff and participants. The contractor shall market the video, using the trailer, and pitch it to various media (commercial and streaming network markets) outlets.
