Description of Requirement: Volk Field Air National Guard Base (ANGB) CDDAR Program – 4×4 Utility Terrain Vehicle(s) (UTVs) The Volk Field ANGB CDDAR Program requires two (2) mission‑ready 4×4 UTVs with fully enclosed HVAC cabs, power tilt beds, cargo‑management features, integrated lighting, front winches, towing equipment, and strong electrical support. They must safely transport personnel and equipment in all conditions and include required safety features. CLIN 0001: 2 EACH - 4X4 UTILITY TERRAIN VEHICLE (UTV) IN ACCORDANCE (IAW) MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS. See attached SF 1449 and Minimum Specifications document(s) for additional details. All quotes will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation procedures described in this solicitation.
