Provide confidential assessment, counseling and referral services, supervisory training and mental health education for the approximately 1200 employees of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District (MVN). This is a combined for a commercial service procurement prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912P8-26-Q-A020 is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside only procurement under a Request for Quote (RFQ).
