This is a combined for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number: 1240BE26Q0064 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) Projects: Willamette National Forest (NF), MF 26-5 Annual Road Maintenance and/or MF 26-6 Suppression/Repair Road Maintenance This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Standard Code is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, Subdivision 13 - Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $ 45 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation to be considered by the agency. This contact is subject to the Service Contract Act Wage rates for Oregon's Lane and Douglas Counties. Award Type: It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order will be awarded as a result of this . The Government reserves the right to make more than one award (multiple awards) for different line items, if, after considering the additional administrative cost to the Government of awarding and administering separate purchase orders, it is determined that the multiple awards will result in the best value to the Government. For purposes of evaluating the cost of making multiple awards, it is assumed that the administrative cost of awarding and administering a purchase order is $500. Project awards shall be considered for:
1) MF 26-6 Annual Road Maintenance and/or
2) MF 26-6 Suppression/Repair Road Maintenance. Statement of Requirement: Maintain roads and manage vegetation growth to ensure safe and productive road conditions, and repair damage to road surfaces and drainage structures during suppression/repair of the Emigrant fire. Work areas may be reached by Forest roads that are accessible by a standard two-wheel drive pickup equipped with snow tires and chains, if needed, during normal operating seasons, unless otherwise indicated on Project Maps. Vehicles shall not operate off-system roads without prior written approval. All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable codes, and standards. See Attachment 3 or Attachment 7, Performance Work Statements (PWS) for further information. Schedule of Items See Attachment 2 - Schedule of Items.
