The purpose of this amendment is to provide the following: 1) Additional solicitation

questions have been answered and added on the attached document titled C-3 QA 1240BJ26Q0003.

2) An updated drawing sheet C2.0 is attached titled C-2 Attachment 3-2 Updated Location and Drainage.

3) A geotechnical investigation is attached titled C-2 Attachment 8 Geotechnical Memo. Note: Seward Electric is supposed to have

pricing available to move the electrical equipment prior to March 31st. Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for quotes to 4/9/2026. The U.S. Forest Service is waiting for the design contractor to provide answers and possible updates, which is required because of solicitation

questions. An additional amendment will be issued that will provide answers to all solicitation
