Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Sikorsky Aircraft Corp for a Total Assurance Package (TAP) to support the UH-60M helicopter fleet. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement." This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and/or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting

Contracting Officer McKenzie Bucher via no later than March 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT. Responses sent via other means (i.e. via telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not be considered. Information received will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
