UH-60M Black Hawk Total Assurance Package Services

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Sikorsky Aircraft Corp for a Total Assurance Package (TAP) to support the UH-60M helicopter fleet. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement." Information received will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
