In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as Small Business GSA Contract holder under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://sam.gov. Please verify that both your SAM UEI # , CAGE Code, are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM), as well confirm the GSA contract is also current and valid. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern.
