B. Russell Project requires the performance of pest control services for a wide range of pests, including rats, mice, spiders, scorpions, mites, roaches, termites, ticks, fleas, and other insects. These services must be performed on the interior and exterior multiple identified buildings, as well as in the immediate vicinity. Methods of service include pesticide application, deployment of traps, inspections, and other means of pest control, must be executed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
