It does not constitute a solicitation and responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Participation is voluntary and a response is not required to compete in any potential future solicitation. Agency and Location Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Oakdale 1507 East Whatley Road, Oakdale, LA 71463 2. Purpose FCC Oakdale seeks to identify capable contractors able to furnish and deliver air‑cooled chillers, centrifugal pumps, and provide manufacturer‑certified start‑up services. Installation will be performed by FCC Oakdale HVAC staff. 3.
