Although e-mail offers are acceptable, all Product Demonstration Models must be delivered to the location identified above and in Section L by the date and time set for receipt of proposals. The Meal, Cold Weather is F.O.B. Destination. All deliveries are to Tracy, California where this ration is stocked. Note: This acquisition is Unrestricted as to business size with a HUBZone price evaluation preference.
