A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR INVITATION FOR BID. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes and to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The information received will be utilized within Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Marianas to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow up information requests. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. NAVFAC Marianas FSC CORE is seeking potential sources that are capable of providing Custodial Services at all U.S. Naval Base Guam Activities, Andersen Air Force Base Activities, Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz Activities, U.S. Naval Hospital Facilities (Medical Treatment Facilities) in Guam, tenant commands, and other U.S. Military Activities or DoD /federal agencies throughout Guam, the Marianas Islands, the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands (CNMI), the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), and the Republic of Palau. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, mobilization cost and equipment required to perform custodial services. The resultant contract for this solicitation, if any, will be a single award Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract term consists of a phase-in mobilization period of one (1) month, base period of six (6) months and seven (7) 12-month option periods, phase-out de-mobilization period of one (1) month and an extension period not to exceed (6) six months, for a total of ninety-eight (98) months. The Solicitation, if any, will be issued through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module and posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://sam.gov, the official Government-wide point of entry (GPE). Respondents will not be notified of the results of NAVFAC Marianas FSC CORE’s market research. NAVFAC Marianas FSC CORE will utilize the information provided for acquisition planning purposes. All data received in response to this Sources Sought Notice marked or designated, as corporate or proprietary information will be fully protected from release outside the Government. Firms having the capability to perform this work are invited to submit qualification information, limited to five (5) pages (8 1/2” x 11”), no later than Thursday
