Description

The National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Services (NESDIS) within the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is issuing a competitive Request for Project Proposal (RPP) with the intent of awarding one (1) or more Other Transaction Agreement(s) to augment flagship NOAA and NOAA partner microwave sounding observations in support of numerical weather prediction. Please refer to attached Request for Project Proposal (RPP) document for additional information.
