Services include the issuance of CACs, the return of CACs when personnel are no longer eligible, and trouble shooting (such as PIN resets, CAC renewals, and CAC card replacements when a defective or faulty card is identified).
This requirement is for an estimated 5,640 labor hours per year, which is split between two separate labor categories as follows: 1,880 labor hours for Project Manager/Quality Control and 3,760 labor hours for two Site Security Managers/CAC Technicians.
This requirement will contain a base year with four option years.
