16 July 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to:
1) extend submission deadline from July 17, 2026 to July 31, 2026;
2) provide a disclosure of magnitude between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000; and,
3) attach the following applicable documents: - AD 21: Conceptual Layout Plan, - AD 22: Area Site Plan, and - AD 23: Site Utility Plan. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. NOTE: All submitted RFIs are currently undergoing technical and administrative review by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) program and contracting team. Government responses to all timely RFIs along with any associated updates will be formally published and incorporated into the solicitation via Amendment 0002.
